- Over 1.5 goals in Man United v West Ham (2/9) – Man United and West Ham approached their Premier League game being fairly wary about one another. But they should be much more positive in an evening cup game so two goals is the minimum to expect.

- Over 3.5 goals in Liverpool v Leeds (10/11) – Liverpool have proven they can blow away any opposition in the Premier League when on top of their game. They will surely have too much for Leeds so expect plenty of goals at Anfield.
- Arsenal to beat Southampton (4/5) – It’s tough to know exactly what to make of this Southampton team. At times under Claude Puel they have been brilliant but at others they’ve looked a little short of quality. Arsenal, meanwhile, are keeping the results coming without playing their best football. The Gunners should win this one at home.
- Man United and West Ham to draw (16/5) – Given that Man United and West Ham have played each other so recently, we should be in line for a close game. There will be some tired legs at Old Trafford but don’t be surprised if it takes extra time to separate the two.
Long Shot – 284/1 (Bet365)
- Newcastle to beat Hull to nil (11/4) – Rafa Benitez has some very talented attacking players in his Newcastle squad but, like all Benitez sides, they are built from the back. They will turn up to the KCOM Stadium full of confidence and can leave having earned their place in the semi final thanks to a comfortable win.
- Leeds to score in the first half against Liverpool (3/1) – Leeds will need no extra motivation for their game at Anfield. They are sure to come out of the blocks firing and could well grab an early goal so back them to score in the first half at 3/1.
- 2-2 correct score in Man United v West Ham (18/1) – The game at Old Trafford could turn out to be the most entertaining of the EFL fixtures. Both teams will feel they’ve got a chance of winning but a high scoring draw is a real possibility before more drama in extra time.
