There are sure to be a number of twists and turns in both the Champions League and Europa League this week with the teams in the qualification playoffs just one game away from reaching the tournaments proper. - Shakhtar Donetsk to beat Rapid Vienna (8/15) – Shakhtar got a win away in the first leg and should do the double over Rapid Vienna in Ukraine. It’s never an easy place to go to especially when the home side have an advantage in terms of quality.

- Malmo to qualify (6/4) – If you believe what the Malmo players said, they have nothing to fear when Celtic come to town. In front of a passionate set of fans and with a huge prize just over the horizon, Malmo can cause a minor upset by getting past the Scottish champions.
- Basel to beat Maccabi Tel Aviv (5/4) – Basel were disappointed to be held to a draw against Tel Aviv at home. They have players with Champions League experience though so will know how to get the job done in tough conditions in the return leg.
- APOEL Nicosia to beat Astana (8/11) – APOEL were beaten in the first leg in Kazakhstan but they will still be confident of once again making it to the Champions League group stage. A 1-0 deficit is by no means fatal and their experience will be vital.
Long Shot – 130/1 (Bet365)
- CKSA Moscow v Sporting over 3.5 goals (7/4) – Sporting will find the travel and the atmosphere challenging when they play CSKA in their second leg tie. They hold a lead and created loads of chances at home but CSKA missed a penalty as well as scoring. This could be a cracker.
- Valencia to beat Monaco (11/5) – Valencia have taken advantage of the problems that Monaco are currently facing by recording a 3-1 home win in their first leg match. They’ll make the short trip to the south of France full of confidence and looking to put the game to bed against a side from an inferior league.
- Manchester United to beat Brugge 2-0 (17/2) – Louis van Gaal will feel his defence can stand up to whatever Brugge throw at them whilst having enough of a threat to score themselves. They look like recording a routine win and making it through to the group stage.
