Fear not, football fans. The Premier League season may be over (Man United v Bournemouth aside!) but there is still plenty of football to enjoy. We’ve got the European Championships just around the corner but before they get underway there are still cup competitions aplenty for us to be getting our teeth stuck into. So, as ever, we’ve got three accas below to keep you covered for the upcoming week.
Easy Winner – evens (BetVictor)
- Manchester United/draw double chance against Crystal Palace (2/11) – United can put a positive slant on an otherwise uninspiring season with an FA Cup win against Crystal Palace. The Eagles will be well up for this but United have enough to avoid defeat in the 90 minutes.
- Over 1.5 goals in Liverpool v Sevilla (1/3) – Liverpool have enjoyed a wonderful Europa League campaign and it could well be about to end in glory in Basel. Even if it ends in tears the game against Sevilla should be a cracker with plenty of goals to enjoy.
- Over 1.5 goals in Rangers v Hibs (1/4) – Rangers are back. They romped away with the Scottish Championship and having beaten Celtic in the Scottish Cup they now face Hibs in the final. This could be a highly entertaining game with plenty of goals.
Medium Risk – 15/2 (SkyBet)
- Millwall to beat Bradford (evens) – Having romped to a comfortable win in the away leg, Millwall are overwhelming favourites to make it to Wembley and they should be able to do so with another win, this time at the Den.
- Both teams to score in Liverpool v Sevilla (4/5) – Liverpool look like the most likely winners against Sevilla but the Spanish side are not going to just allow their trophy to be taken away without a fight. There should be goals for both teams in this one to help our accumulator on its way.
- Barcelona to beat Sevilla to nil (11/8) – After a huge cup final on Wednesday, Sevilla have another one on Sunday when they take on Barcelona in the Copa del Rey. Barca have just won La Lia title and they should ease home to another trophy against a knackered Sevilla side.
Long Shot – 73/2 (Bet365)
- Luis Suarez to score first against Sevilla (3/1) – Suarez has fully resurrected his reputation after the biting incident in the World Cup. The Uruguayan has been Barcelona’s best player all year and he could be the man to set the ball rolling against Sevilla.
- Bayern Munich to beat Dortmund and both teams to score (11/4) – Bayern can end Pep Guardiola’s time in charge at the club on a high when they face Dortmund in the final of the Germany Cup. However, Dortmund are going to be well up for this so the game should be a fairly even affair. Bayern though, should snatch it with both teams scoring.
- Juventus to beat AC Milan to nil (6/4) – Juventus recovered wonderfully from a shocking start to the season to win the Scudetto once again. They can do the domestic double by strolling home against an average AC Milan side in the final of the Coppa Italia.
