It’s the FA Cup semi finals this weekend but that does not mean there is a lack of action in the Premier League. Far from it, there are some very interesting games and we’ve looked through them all to highlight the best opportunities to make some serious money out of all the action. Below are three accas with increasingly longer odds to cover you however adventurous you’re feeling.
Easy Winner – evens (Sky Bet)
- Chelsea or draw against Manchester United (2/9) – Chelsea have an incredible home record but have been known to settle for a draw against the other teams towards the top of the table. Therefore, take the double chance option as the first bet of our easy winner acca.
- Manchester City to beat West Ham (2/7) – All of a sudden City face a battle to stay in the Champions League places. They’ve generally done well at home and should secure three important points against a West Ham team who look to have gone on their holidays weeks ago.
- Newcastle v Tottenham over 1.5 goals (1/4) – John Carver needs to get his Newcastle team going if he’s going to have any chance of keeping his position as the club’s manager. Tottenham score plenty on their travels so Newcastle have to score to have a chance of taking anything away from the game.
Medium Risk – 7/1 (BetVictor)
- Stoke and Southampton to both score (21/20) – Stoke played well against West Ham last week as Mark Hughes still has them motivated, especially in front of their home fans. Southampton are continuing their push for a European place so you can make a case for both teams to go for this one.
- Leicester to beat Swansea (23/20) – Leicester got a huge victory last week to give them great confidence for the rest of their run-in. They’ve certainly got more to play for than Swansea and can secure a home win at good odds to maintain their survival push.
- Crystal Palace to beat West Brom (9/10) – Palace have been simply brilliant of late especially on their travels. Their passionate home fans would love to see them bring that form to Selhurst Park and they can beat a West Brom side managed by Tony Pulis, who walked out on the Eagles before the start of the season.
Long Shot – 35/1 (Bet365)
- Burnley to beat Everton (4/1) – Everton have played better recently but have very little to play for any more in all honesty. That contrasts hugely with Burnley who are scrapping for every point. The Clarets have some winnable home games round the corner but a win at Goodison would be huge for their chances of staying in the Premier League and we think they can do it to start our final accumulator with a bang.
- Newcastle to beat Tottenham (9/4) – Newcastle are dropping like stones but conversely that may give them the edge as they have something to fight for. They played well against Arsenal after falling behind and Spurs’ propensity to score away from home can get the home side going once again.
- Eden Hazard to score against Manchester United (5/4) – With Chelsea’s injury problems up front, Hazard will have to carry a major part of their goal threat. He takes their penalties and can cut in from the wing and shoot with deadly accuracy against a United defence that remains unsettled.
